Pcb Review Request

HI! Im building this module with 2 ttp223 touch sensor ic's and i want an honest review of it. Is it ready for manufacturing?

I supposed may be datasheet will tell me why to mix SMD and THT capacitors and why to use capacitors with not specified value but neither Mouser nor DigiKey know TTP223 IC.

The 2 caps placed near the ic's are 0.1uF and the cap placed close to power input is 1uF. I forgot to set their values. Also, those through hole caps are there because i wanted easy replacement for them. They are optional. They decrease or increase the sensitivity of the touch pad. Here is the datasheet:
