Please help identify a component

I have a welder with a burned area on the circuit board. I am ordering the parts needed but can't seem to find any information on this one item. I was able to borrow another welder to get better views of what I needed. His board was burnt exactly same place but not as bad. Please let me know if you have any information. Thanks in advance
