a simple search at their site you would have found their drivers win 10 32 et 64 bit compatible they say ??
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-color-laserjet-cp1510-printer-series/model/3422467
if not try compatibility mode ... if not ............ sorry use it on win 7 only. it is microsoft wrong doing ... or use your win 7 lappy as a printer server / sharing the printer on a network

Try the HP PCL 6 universal printer driver. It allowed me to use a recent LaserJet on Vista!
