Qualcomm QuickCharge 3/4/5 Interface Specification

I'm a bit curious about how QuickCharge 4 and 5 works. Unfortunately, I was not able to find quickcharge specification. The only thing I found is reference to these documents in TEA19051BTK datasheet.

Can you point me to where these documents can be obtained?

Pretty sure these are closed source, need to sign NDAs etc. On the contrary, USB PD is all out in the open.
