Request for IC driver suggestion for brushed DC motor

Hi,

I am in need of an IC driver for a brushed DC motor that should meet the following requirements:

Bidirectional control
PWM speed control
Presence of a heatsink pad
No cooling pad on the PCB but the option for attaching a heatsink
Continuous current greater than 2A
Voltage flexibility for motor selection (12V or 24V)

any suggestions for this IC
Not an L298

L6203, LMD18200 and LB11651 are a couple that are available for thru-hole with heatsink tab. If you can go SMD with cooling via PCB you have dozens to choose from.
