Sii9030 or cat6612 pdf need

I need more details about this ic, I found only 2 page but no pinout and no register description. Or similar ic can translate YCbCr digital to HDMI (yes Fpga but specialised ic look simple).
Foe cat6612 is better pdf but nothing about registers.
