silicon strip detector connexion advive

Dear all,
I am facing a new challenge. We did design a set of silicon strip detector telescopes comprising thin (70um) and thick (0.5mm) detectors one behind the other to detect and identify  light charged particles of 10s'of MeV.
the strip pitch is of 0.635  mm ie 1/40". Now My issue : I have to pipe out the signal from these beasts connecting  flex cables to the pads.
All suggestions about the way to connect pads and cables is very much welcome together with the cable choice and source.
