Tektronix TDS6XX/7XX power ups, running time

I come across a lot of Tektronix TDS6XX/7XX scopes and I am looking for a way to query the number of power cycles and total runtime experienced by the unit via GPIB. Couldn't find anything in the service manual or programmers guide. Thanks for your time.
