Unknown IC
« on: April 24, 2021, 11:04:20 pm »
Found this in a parts bin, has no markings as top got damaged long time ago. Does anyone recognize the mark by this function waveform? It's almost like a quad flip-flop until both inputs on one side are used which makes it dual something.
V1/V2/V3/V4 are outputs, S1/S2/S3/S4 are inputs._

Maybe, the independent switching of 4 outputs throwed me off-course. I have to test it on breadboard again soon.

Thanks for help, it turns out to be just a CD4013, quite amazing how much abuse these chips can live through and still be alive decades later.
