http://www.jotrin.com/product/parts/GA_9720B
It won't let you access the datasheet though, unless you have/create an account.

I get Google results on Gamma Rays and co-incidentally, 9720keV. Maybe it's a bogus marking? This is certainly not like the gold "rad-pack" stuff I saw ages ago at Litton's.

Thanks.
Do I have to create an account for the pdf..mmm
there are more two parts I don't know yet. If I could find out these 3 components I could finish my project to renew this circuit in smd 0805

gamma 9720 /18pins
ga 772 /3pin
853 NO8 /3pin

could be a voltage regulators or something like that..

It would be really helpful to have some context - what the board is, where is it used, what does it look like etc. Otherwise it's a but like trying to identify bits of an elephant in a blindfold. Btw, that resistor in the foreground of your second picture looks as if it has been damaged by scraping against something.
Best Regards, Chris

Ok..
It's a wireless headphone in very good quality (transmitter)
It should be as small as possible on a single board with a squelch.
It has no squelch. The reason why I wanted to make a new one

the two 3-pinners are very likely NPN or PNP [darlington] BJTs. You can easily test it with a multimeter that has a diode testing mode. I would choose an alternative with enough voltage rating, and good bandwidth (which operating frequency?), and solder them into the original circuit for a test.

Nope, you need an account to find out that they don't actually have the pdf.
(I looked using bugmenot)
