US-Made PSU for rail application

We have a railway/railroad product that was going to use a Melcher S Series PSU unit.

This has fallen foul of BABA (Build America Buy America), depite the fact Melcher is part of Bel-Fuse.

Can anyone suggest a US-made product line that is similar, or likely manufacturers?
