Vending Machine Simulator Board/Kit

Hello a potential customer approached about his vending machine buisness. He basically wants me to develop a bluetooth module to his vending machines.

The problem is it would be very difficult to develop a module for the vending machine if I don't have anything in my to lab to work on. Obviously, I can't carry a vending machine to my lab, and therefore I am looking for something that would simulate/mimic the controller board to see if the module that I developed is working or not. Can anyone suggest me a board/kit that can replace VMC (vendin machine controller) to save me from carrying a vending machine to the lab floor?

I've found Qibixx on the internet, a company from Switzerland. If anyone had a similar experience in this field please let me know if there is any other company that I should aware of.

Hi. I design and build MDB VMC and device simulators, emulators and data logger. I've attached a few photos of my latest creations. The VMC Master is just that. It acts like a vending machine and will enable Changer, Validator and Cashless. I've also attached another of my later devices the Cashless Adapter. It will work with MDB Vending machine controllers that are not cashless compatible allowing you to add Cashless to these type of controllers.
