Coin Cell battery Models
« on: May 03, 2022, 01:15:21 am »
I had a request to make a few battery models for anyone that has a battery simulator. This is from an energiser 2016 cell. I have some 1220's and 2477's on the way. This was done on a 2450 SMU. I figured I would share the data here as well. If there is more interest or more requests let me know.

Here is the battery model for the 2477. The raw data is a little large for this forum but can be found here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/battery-model-66171112 even though this is a Patreon link this post is open to all no subscription needed.

Adding the data for the 1220 coin cell to the list. This one had a surprisingly high ESR I need to drop the burn down current to 1mA as apposed to 5mA. And I still ran in to an ESR of over 200 Ohms.

I'd be interested in the 2477N, which can deliver a higher current than the 2477.
