**Hi EEV Community!**

I’m developing a series of **AC/DC power adapters** for industrial and consumer applications and would appreciate insights from experts here. Our solutions target:

- **LED Lighting Systems** (constant current/voltage drivers for high-density LED arrays)
- **Medical Devices** (built-in redundant power boards compliant with IEC 60601-1)
- **Energy Storage & EVs** (wide-temperature operation for large battery packs/vehicle refrigerators)
- **Home Appliances** (low-ripple designs for coffee machines and small appliances)

**Key Technical Features:**
- Efficiency >93% (LLC topology + GaN FETs)
- Ultra-low EMI across full load (CISPR32/EN55032 Class B certified)
- Smart thermal management and OVP/OCP protection

**Discussion Topics:**
1. **Medical Compliance**: How critical is reinforced galvanic isolation in your medical power designs? Do you prioritize redundancy over compact sizing?
2. **Automotive Challenges**: What vibration/heat mitigation strategies have worked for you in 12V/24V vehicle environments?
3. **Design Trade-offs**: Would you prioritize ultra-low standby power (<75mW) or extended MTBF (>100k hours) for cost-sensitive applications?

**Case Example**:
We recently delivered a **24V/10A adapter** for a portable dialysis machine. By implementing a dual-feedback loop, output ripple was reduced to **<50mVpp** (see attached waveform snippet).

**Open to Collaboration!**
If you’ve faced challenges in similar projects (e.g., high-density PCB layout for medical devices, automotive EMC optimization), let’s brainstorm solutions!
