Help to identify power modules

Hi everyone!
I received some boards, apparently from high-power frequency converters, with these power modules (10-PW17L5A100SC05 and 10-PZ09NBC033ME06). According to the description from Chinese sellers, they're made of SiC, but I can't find any datasheets, even from the manufacturer (Vincotech). If anyone has encountered these, please share any information. I'm really looking forward to using them in my designs.
I'm attaching pictures of the modules and boards (just in case).

I have identified the identity of these boards. These boards are from a solar inverter HUAWEI SUN2000.
I also removed the fangs from these modules and copied their internal circuitry.
I'm attaching pictures in case they're useful to someone.
