L5991 Controller can do 100% Duty cycle?

Hi,
Page 1 of the L5991 controller datasheet says it can do 100% duty cycle.
However, elsewhere in the datasheet, there is no instruction on how to allow it to do 100% duty cycle.
Can L5991 do 100% duty cycle?
