MP9486 positive output from negative input

Hello everyone!

In the following configuration, can the MP9486 DC-DC converter be used to supply the bias of an amplifier with an IRS2092?

MP9486 GND → –Vcc (-75 V)
MP9486 VIN → Bus GND (0 V)
Vout = 12V
