60v Battery charged but not enabled?

Hello

I have charged cell by cell this 16s10p 18650 doohan etanl battery because was not charging with its charger.. cells were 0.4 vol aprox... cells are now 3.9v stable so they are alñ 160 cells in good shape but bms does not allow to charge or discharge... what can be done in the board maybe or any trick fuse to reenable it? thks in advance

It probably has a microcontroller that has logged (and latched) the out-of-range cell voltages to prevent the fire risk.

I think your best bet would be to replace the cells that were low+also the bms,if the cells were that low even if you charged them the capacity will be well low+a fire risk!!.

There are BMS that blow internal non-resettable fuse in the failure case.
