Agilent oscilloscope 54542A freeze au bout de quelques minutes

Bonjour,

Je possède un oscilloscope 54542A depuis 15 ans. Je l'ai eu suite à la liquidation d'une usine Philips.  J'ai changé sa batterie interne il y a 10 ans et la calibration a parfaitement fonctionné. Depuis 6 mois environ l'écran et le clavier se fige au bout de quelques minutes (10 minutes max). Cela se passe sans aucune intervention sur l'oscilloscope. Il faut éteindre et rallumer l'appareil pour qu'il fonctionne à nouveau pendant quelques minutes.
