Can anyone give me the values of these 3 different ceramic disc caps? Also what I might use to replace? They are in a hot high voltage tube area.

472 would be : 0.0047 micro farad  (uf)  or 4.7 nano farad
473 would be   0.047   micro farad  (uf)   or 47 nano farad (nf)
103 would be  0.01      micro farad  (uf)   or 10 nano farad

You'll notice it's similar to the resistor code, for XYZ, value is XY + Z zeros pF. A similar code is used for SM resistors.

Does the Z on 473Z stand for +80% -20% ?
Can I use a film cap at 10%?
