Hi,
I had a power supply from a desktop PC where the 3.3V volt was 3V. After I measured the components that involved in 3.3V output and was ok (resistorw caps and diodes) and I decided to disconect the resistor where parallel with the output capacitor and worked fine... the resistor was the right value (according to the colours which had on it) when I measured with the multimeter... finally I put a 33ohm resistor (yellow circle) and works fine and the PC starts ok and keeps the 3.3Volt now. Does anyone know which is the use of these resistors at the output capacitors on 3.3V, 5V & 12V (yellow and red circles)?
