electric shavor battery id

Hi all ive an electric shaver,it has a nicad battery which is tired,it is the same diameter as a  AA cell but only 40mm long,its 600mah,any idea what type this is to order a replacement?

I have used Panasonic HHR-120AAB23T NiMH 1,150mAh but they are obsolete and hard to find. The 4/5AA size is not popular.
I have also used Eneloop/Ikea Ladda AA or AAA NiMH in place of this (if they can fit) because the capacity is equal to or better than old NiCd. Their low self-discharge is great.

I guess you already get the suggestions from fellow members. Anyway, it's 4/5 AA size.
