EMZ2510 IC datasheet or pinout info

Hi

During the course of repairing a machine which has a rotary glass disc encoder, I have come across this IC EMZ2510-5147-B3. I was able to find EMZ2510-5147-A0 from another machine but that did not work.

 Apparently this IC is a sine wave to square wave conversion. Two channels work good and one is faulty. Anybody has data or at least pinouts of this IC ? I am sure B3 and A0 suffix are different as GND connection on both PCBs was on different pins of the ICs.

Any help / hints will be appreciated.

Plenty of places where you can buy them, but no other information... weird.
