Hey everybody ,
For some reason , my lattice programmer,  d9 diode on board was burn ,does anyone know her part number?

Those diodes look like protection diodes, perhaps a TVS diode and a Schottky rectifier in parallel. If so, and if the fuse is OK, then the board should work without the diodes.
