Hello, i cant find this on the net (Google search) so maybe someone here knows this chip, thank you..

Seems to be M3003-16PI Manufacturer:EM MICRO. Don't know what it is but is can be bought on ebay.

Oh, the "whys" of the datasheets... The information is there not to be an axiomatic truth, but instead each speck of data must be slowly inhaled while carefully performing a deep search inside oneself to find the true metaphysical sense...

In the mid 90s the going rate for I2C RTC chip battery consumption was below 1uA.

That silkscreen looks more like early 80s to me than early 90s...

There is CD74HCT04 IC made by RCA which does not exist since 1986. That 3 digit date code looks like that IC was made in 1981
