Hi All,

First posting here but I've reading a lot of the discussions as I've been rebuilding my LA chassis. I have a pair of 16962A cards, 32 MB of ram, sequential serial numbers. However, as I was upgrading my 16903 chassis, I probably got something connected badly and the entire thing crashed and rebooted. When it came back up, all self tests pass but one of the cards is reporting to not have a serial number and lost most of its ram. It now also says it needs DDR2 calibration every time I take a trace. I think I might have had a firmware corruption issue, but I don't know how to recover it back.

Anyone has any ideas?

Everything works otherwise, takes traces OK and all self tests pass. Its not the slot or chassis as swapping the cards to another chassis still leaves the same issue.

Thanks,
Daniel
