Hello,
I have some problems with the repair of my Denon AVR-4311.
Some days ago, I have noticed some smoke from my amp and the the protection was activated. I have disasembled the amp and found out, that one of the 9 amps was responsible for that.
I have noticed, that 2 SMD one the back of the DHCT-C3 Darlington are burned away. Now I have ordered a new pair of the Darlingtons DHCT-A3 and DHCT-C3 but I have some problems wirh replaceing the burned SMDs.
Attached you find the circuit. I think the manual is wrong or incomplete.
1.) You see directly in the circuit diagram attached to both of the transistor a diode and a resistor (see arrow). In real, these are only existing for DHCT-C3. On the corresponding foil (attached / arrow) there is a diode and a Z-diode printed, but no resitor. It seems for DHCT-A3 there is in real no suchg diode, resistor, z-diode etc... (see foil) picture. I am confused...
2.) Even if this resitor and diode is mentioned in the plan, there is no information about, what kind of resistor and diode are used.
I saw, that other Amps from Denon have a similar circuit. So, could you please help me, to identify the diode and the resistor?
Thanks in advance...
