HP / Agilent 8114A High Power Pulse Generator 100V/2A Service Manual?

Hey guys, anyone know if there is a service manual for the 811xx family of pulse generators out there? I have a 8114a that now has timing board issues, ive spent hours on it and am now just throwing darts. Thanks

I have a unit that someone removed many parts from the power supply, I got the power supply running but one section the voltages are only half of what suppose be.
Any members have the part number for VR501 and VR509?
