I assume you are referring to the brown capacitors in your picture. 

Looks like normal color variation among vendors and/or lots.  Nothing to worry about.  They shouldn't be dissipating any power anyway.

I've attached a photo of a few I pulled out of my junk box.  It's hard to see in my photo, but I can assure you every one has a slightly different color.

Yes I meant the red Caps. Sorry wrote that somewhat quickly and omitted the actual question. Happy to say that for 30 bucks it functions as it should.
