HP4396B Error during self test

I got an HP4396B nine months ago, and it worked well at the time。The machine has no trace of repairing, because the seal is on the machine。Today, there is an error that can be started and the fan operates normally, but it remains in the self-test state all the time。 I don't know where to start the inspection and get the repair. Although I have the maintenance manual in hand, it seems that there is no introduction to this problem。 I don't know if anyone has encountered similar problems, or has experience in handling similar problems; I hope to get some experience sharing, or get some suggestions for reference, thank you very much!

Hello William, did you ever get a response to your below ask? I have a 4396A that has the very same problem and is stuck in self test.
