Keithley 2001 354 error during calibration
« on: August 05, 2026, 12:35:16 am »
Hi All,
I recently repaired a K2001 which solved a problem with it, a video will be published in the next month or so.

However when I went to do the calibration I am getting an Error 354 during the resistance calibration stages, which is supposed to be a "200mV offset" out of tolerance or something.

I have not dug into this too deeply yet, but thought I would ask if anyone else has come across this and found a cause for it, or can even give me a tip about where to look, as there are multiple 200mV offsets mentioned in the manual for different things.
Cheers Scott

Another 2001 on this forum had a 354 error and the owner changed out the ADC board and it went away.
I don't think any of my 2001 repairs had a 354 error so can't comment much further.

Yeah I saw that, but I am hoping that someone has more information about the error causes, as I want to find the defective component and fix it.

I still havent had time to dig into it myself, yet.
