I bought a PLZ152WA on ebay, and during shipping it came damaged (one of the plastic holders of the the heatsink broke). As it was an overseas shipment it was not worth a return. I fixed the holder and after turning it on it Voltmeter was ok but there is no load - keeps the value at zero Amps - I tried loads A and B, followed the instructions from operations manual but no luck - It seems ok extrernally and in pretty neat condition inside - but it does not work. Does anybody has a service manual in pdf for this source or any clue on what may be not working? Thanks!
