You have a "tcon or t-con"  called pc board, its an interface between the lcd and the image processor, this board seems to fail a lot on many brands

you can find them sometimes for cheap

My tv had this problem with some ghosting on one side, a 20$ usd investment and the tv is fine since then.

I saw those type of boards but mine does not have a t-con. It only has the cable and the board that is soldered to the screen.

Show us some board photos,  the t-con board can be hidden under a shield plate to help dissipate heat,  check where the flexible connector goes on the screen,
you could see an hidden board near the screen border.

On the LE32B457C6H  they use a tcon board, its hidden under a plate and the main borad look almost the same as yours

ok i saw some board pictures on the web,  some board are sold 49 euros ....  your main processor is the on under the aluminum heatsink,  unless its a bad solder problem,  the board maybe defective ... or did you try a firmware update and did go wrong ???

Normally you have some numbers on the sticker to give you the board model, you can try to search thoses numbers and maybe it could / can give you other tv models who has the same board and maybe find schematics ??

So, I was able to get rid of the double image by cutting one of the driver in the "t con" board. But now, there is a 5 cm line on the top of the screen that is not working at all.

I think I might have cut the wrong cables.

Uh, not a great way to debug.
You should have been applying some pressure to the controller chip on the TCON board, as they often fail due to bad soldering (or likely physical stress to the soldering due to heating up and cooling down). If pushing on it had changed the defect, a new TCON would have solved the issues close to 100%. The changed defect still hints at a defect TCON though.

the thruth is,  the company want you to trash the tv and buy another .....  the way with specialized stuff, is to remove carefully the ribbon, change the board, and find a way to resolder / conductive glue / heat gun ???   personally  never done that.

For me when this happen for this kind of setup, i simply trash the tv, i try to repair the ones who has a separate and unpluggable t-con from the lcd panel, but  its not an garantee you will succeed, some panels have the controller chip in / on the yellow flexible pcb, even changing the t-con board, the problem could be in the lcd panel ...

Had this problem on one 52 inch tv, the t-con costed me 10$ usd, but i had bought 2 good board for 20$, aaaand the problem was in the lcd panel :(

Maybe some members heres have some tricks
