Just got a Dyson Fan for checkup.

That must have released some magic smoke  >:D

I suspect a water damage, some rust on the bottom plate and the marks look like corrosion, the capacitor seems ok, so the white stuff is not from it.

Chip blown and a hole in the pcb....

RIP.
