Please help in repair Multicharger 1500 ELTEK NO CURRENT READING In Display

HI
I have repalaced some of diodes and transistors, the multicharger gives a voltage 12/24v when i apply a load who is 12V battery the current displays is 0.00A. the middle yellow led is flashing not on.
