Netatmo thermostat power supply

Hello, I have a power supply from Netatmo thermostat and I found the driver burnt and I don't know what integrated it is, it says .1UAF
The final transistor is 13003 and it is ok, the capacitors are ok, only the 3.9R resistance is burnt.
I have the request, maybe someone knows what SMPS with 6 pins is.
