I have a Hameg HM507 oscilloscope in which one of the channels has been damaged.
The 602I241R1U integrated circuit located on the AT-C50 board is damaged (there are two same such integrated circuits on the board).
I am unable to decipher its full name and thus find a store where I could buy it and repair the oscilloscope.
Could you please provide me with a full name?
I am attaching photos of what integrated circuit I mean.
Greetings from Poland.

It must be MCP602 in 8-TSSOP package. Good luck.

Thanks a lot for your answer, you are right.
Just got a service manual from R & SCH from Germany.
It is as you wrote.
Regards.
