Silkscreen says it's a fuse (F1/F2/F3) and it is size 1210 with the top painted mid-green with an upper case letter A. Possibly a Littelfuse 1210L005 Polyfuse?
Any other thoughts on what it might be?

That's a fuse, and by its green color, probably a polyfuse, especially if it's placed near a USB connector, for example.

Yes I know it is a polyfuse - its a matter of identification of the exact replacement ...
