Phillips 32PFL4305/V7 LCD TV Troubleshooting

I'm stuck with this Phillips 32PFL4305/V7 TV.

I know that both the power supply and the inverter board are working properly.

What I'm not sure about are the main board and the T-CON board.

The main board is not sending any voltage to the T-CON board through the LVDS cable. So my suspect is the main board.

Any suggestions?

follow the power rail .
remove to t-con and see what happen to the power rails .
