Hi, I am new here, thanks advance for the help.
This is from dell xps 9365 mother board, it is 5 pin, marked with k2134. Can not find it from anywhere. Appreciated if you could help me identify it and tell me the substitute or buying website.
It might help if we could see the component in the context of its surroundings. It might also help to decipher the date codes on known ICs so that we could determine if "134" or "34" are date or batch codes.
thanks for the reply, I will shoot a picture later this evening
I thought mosfet are 6 pins, thanks
this is the pic covering more PCB, thanks
Where does connector JCCG4 go? What are the markings on US2 and UC7?
The YWW (Year/Week) date codes on other ICs (636, 642) would suggest a manufacture date of October 2016. Unfortunately that doesn't help me.
IMO looks like LDO in SOT23-5. Most of them have pin 1 - vin and 5 - vout, and there are thick traces connected to those. Pin 2 - GND, other pins are less definite but 3 - often is EN and 4 - ADJ or noise reduction for attaching capacitor.
connector JCCG4 is blank, didn't used.
US2: JFB 1st line, J61 2nd line,
UC7: V2 and Y in other direction
thanks
Thanks, I am going to looking around this part. Any suggestions where to buy it?
can I use a 2.2v lod? I can not find the rico 2.1v lod. or any substitute, thanks
