Samson XP360B - Speaker replacement

Hi everyone!!!

I own a Samson Expedition Express XP360B http://www.samsontech.com/samson/products/portable-pa/expedition-rechargable/expeditionexpress/

I would like to replace the tweeter but I can´t figure out how to remove the front panel to access to the speakers.

Can anybody help me with this???

The metal grille will be held in with hot melt glue or other sticky substance. Warm the entire speaker in direct sunlight then unfold 3 or 4 paperclips into a shape that can be looped through the grill in each corner. You can also use a pick-type tool. If the glue is soft, it won't take much pulling, but be persistent. The grill will come out eventually.
