Shorted Grapghics card (Geforce GTS 450)

Hi i have this Geforce GTS 450(mine) with short circuit that i removed the electrolytic capacitors and the phase bobins to help me realize the source of the problem, but a whole lot of stuff is shorted to ground. Then i am posting this picture to help explain about the short circuit. Thanks in advance.
Obs: Don't bother the bios chip, i replaced the original one, if this is not compatible i will have it to replace it again, and i also added two smd resitors close to the bios chip, it is ugly but it is well conected.

If all of that is shorted to ground I would take a guess and say that the GPU die itself is very very dead...

Hi, i wondered about that,well i guess, the only option would be trying to get another chip and replace that one. It is hard to find one though. Thanks for helping  .

At taobao search for GF106-250-KA-A1 
and also search for 液体松香，锡球，钢网。

search GTX450 chip for more details.

I'm sure you have a good reason, but I am wondering why you are bothering to fix this very obsolete card?

Excuse my ignorence, but are the GPUs that you can find on taobao priced at 70 YEN! which converts to only about 70 cents USD? how is that possible.

I think you have to pay attention to the price in HKD, one US dollar is around 7,8 Hong Kong dollars, so those gpu chips are around 10 US dollars or more.

Hi people, i've already replaced the gpu chip, now i still have a problem with the bios chip that i need to replace. So my doubt is, the original bios chip was a 25Q20BSIG, can i replace it with a 25Q32BSIG? Because the 25Q20BSIG i cannot find in my country. Thanks.
