SMD Transisor identification
« on: March 04, 2026, 09:03:17 pm »
Anyone recognise this part? Its a transistor inside the main power supply of a radio im looking at. Have tried the usual SMD databases for '704' and '20N' but havent had much luck. 704 refers to a SOT-23 2N7002 FET, but this package is a DPAK (TO-252). Any help appreciated...
