software to build repair flowchart ?

do you use one ?
to build something like : measure voltage at pin 4 of ic102 and 2 buttons "more than 1V" " less than 1V"
and that brings you in a repair process.
I don't want something very polished and like publishing software, but something more dedicated for electronic repair.
any hints ?

A free alternative is https://www.draw.io/

It runs both in the browser or downloadable as a windows program. Works a lot like Visio and makes for reasonably fast drawing of flow charts.
