Please see photos, I want to replace these triangular caps with identical ones that are a different color. Are these still made? Any idea where I can buy a small quantity? Thanks...

What remote is it from?
Your best bet might be modelling them and printing them in a resin 3D printer.

you could even use thick plastic shets or anything who could be shaped in the knob you need ?? with a dremel, a steel filer ...
What is the remote brand and model if any ?
And yes a 3d print could work very well for you.
