Tek DPO40x4 repairs

Hello,

First, sorry for my bad English 

I have a few defect DPO4034s, and a DPO4054 on my Bench which all have different problems, but all fail SPC (Signal Path Compensation). I would really like to get rid of the SPC thing, then at least one unit would be error free :-)
While investigating the signal acquisition section the part "Maxim 2032859-22" caught my attention - i am unable to find any usable information about it.

It looks like digikey had it of a while ago ..?

I would like to ask if anyone has some more information about it or maybe even a datasheet of that part?

That part is the 1mohm attenuator.  It’s is an ASIC so it will be hard to find a replacement.

Any debug script out of the VGA connector?  Pin 4 is tx and pin 11 is rx.  9600 Baud for this modle.
