Tek MDO 3012 intermittent failure

hi All

unit had an intermittent problem. used to Boot up,  pass all power on self tests successfully and shot down within 5 minutes.

diagnosis- defective TOP221YN in the SMPS. Probably thermal shut down.

Unit working ok.
