Thermistor 137103B Data or suitable substitute?

I am trying to fix my daughters food mixer which has a faulty thermistor located by the fan. This causes the motor to pulse when warm to cool the motor down - unfortunately it is faulty and causing the motor to pulse all the time.

The markings on the 3 legged ic are 137103B, but I have been unable to track down any information on this device in order to obtain a replacement/substitute.
