LGP32-11P forced power on
« on: September 27, 2017, 02:22:46 am »
im trying to use  LGP32-11P for powering a few led lights, a pi, and a small 12 volt audio amp. for the life of me i cant get this supply to turn on. ive tried tieing the inverter on and power on pins to ground individually and together. no joy. this typically works, and the supply worked before i pulled it from a broken tv.any assistance would be very appreciated.

From cold side ground, (north of the dotted line) find a standby voltage on one of the 2 connectors, P201 or P203. May be 5V-12V, but will always be present when just plugged in.  Connect that through a 150? resistor to Power On.

BUT, it may not stay on since CCFLs for the backlight are not connected...

YMMV

im not getting standby voltages from anything on this board. which seeing as it was just working is disappointing.

Good!

Was going to suggest you hook it back up to the TV, but your picture shows we're a bit beyond that point...   ^-^
