Does anyone know how to gain access to the front panel LCD of an AT3600? The LCD is missing pixels. I have removed all visible screws holding the front panel and the side panels and removed the plugins from the rear.
I have contacted Voltech tech support but was refused any assistance or advice. They no longer support this product. Very shoddy customer support in my opinion.
